How to Use Cordyceps

To achieve optimal results from cordyceps, it is important to use it correctly and according to the appropriate dosage. Below is a detailed guide on how to use cordyceps.

Drink as Tea

This is the most common method:

  1. Put 3-5 cordyceps into 200ml of boiling water
  2. Simmer for 10-15 minutes
  3. Drink the tea daily, you can reuse the cordyceps 2-3 times until the water becomes clear
  4. You can then eat the cordyceps to get all the nutrients

Cordyceps Powder

If you are using cordyceps powder:

  1. Take 1-3 grams of cordyceps powder daily
  2. Dissolve in warm water, milk or smoothie
  3. Drink in the morning or before exercise

Add to Food

You can also add cordyceps to your food:

  1. Grind cordyceps into a powder and add to soups, stews or other dishes

Athletes and bodybuilders 5-10 cordyceps or 2-4 grams of powder
Children under 12 1-2 cordyceps or 0.5-1 gram of powder (as directed by doctor)
